Who we are. Trafiqo provides B2B domain‑authority growth services for agencies and in‑house teams. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
We do not intentionally collect special‑category data. We do not sell personal data.
We use vetted third‑party processors (hosting, analytics, CRM, billing, scheduling, email). We have appropriate contracts in place, including Data Processing Addenda (DPAs). A current list of core processors is available on request.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA/Addendum, and apply supplementary measures as appropriate.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Typical retention: contractual/billing records up to 6–7 years; CRM/support data 24–36 months after last contact; analytics per provider defaults.
