Who we are. Trafiqo provides B2B domain‑authority growth services for agencies and in‑house teams. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

Personal data we collect

  • Contact & account: name, work email, role, company, phone.
  • Sales & billing: company details, VAT/Tax IDs (if applicable), billing contacts, transaction records.
  • Communications: emails, messages, booking notes.
  • Website analytics: pseudonymous usage (pages, device, referrer, approximate location) via our analytics tools (see Cookie Policy).
  • Lead forms/scheduling: data you submit via our forms or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly/Cal.com).
  • Publisher/partner contacts (B2B): business contact details for outreach and relationship management.

Why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • Provide and administer services; communicate about proposals and support (contract performance; legitimate interests).
  • Take payment and maintain records (contract; legal obligation).
  • Improve our website and services (legitimate interests).
  • B2B marketing to business contacts (legitimate interests with opt‑out; consent where required by local law).

Sharing and processors

We use vetted third‑party processors (hosting, analytics, CRM, billing, scheduling, email). We have appropriate contracts in place, including Data Processing Addenda (DPAs). A current list of core processors is available on request.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA/Addendum, and apply supplementary measures as appropriate.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Typical retention: contractual/billing records up to 6–7 years; CRM/support data 24–36 months after last contact; analytics per provider defaults.

  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase data in certain circumstances.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability where applicable.

To exercise rights, contact: info@trafiqo.io.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege, vendor due diligence). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are B2B and not directed to children under 16.
