These Terms govern your access to and use of Trafiqo’s services. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and any Order/SOW referencing them.
English only; English version prevails.
Trafiqo provides done‑for‑you authority growth focused on sourcing relevant, high‑quality backlinks from real websites and delivering transparent reporting. Content writing is not included unless expressly stated in the Order.
You acknowledge and agree that search rankings, indexation, traffic, publisher acceptance, link availability/permanence, and specific performance outcomes are not guaranteed. Search engine algorithms and publisher policies change; publishers may edit/remove links at their discretion. Trafiqo delivers a professional service on a best‑efforts basis and does not warrant particular results.
No unlawful activity, deception, harmful code, or spam. No PBNs or automated link spam. White‑labelling is permitted only by written agreement in your Order/SOW.

Trafiqo sources relevant, genuine placements on real websites. Editorial independence remains with publishers at all times. Placements may be dofollow or nofollow depending on publisher policy. Metrics (e.g., DA/DR, traffic) are directional only and not guaranteed.
Replacement window: If a link we placed is removed within 60 days of going live without Client cause, Trafiqo will make reasonable replacement attempts at no extra charge. A replacement may be an alternative placement of comparable relevance/quality. Replacement is not guaranteed.
Exclusions (no replacement obligation): (i) Client site changes, deindexing, or policy violations; (ii) publisher/site ownership changes; (iii) paywall changes or CMS migrations; (iv) link attribute changes (e.g., nofollow/sponsored/ugc) at publisher discretion; (v) algorithm updates or search‑engine policy changes; (vi) force majeure; (vii) any request for specific domains/metrics not expressly agreed in the Order.
Trafiqo does not guarantee specific domains, metrics, placements, anchor text, indexing, or permanence. Trafiqo is not responsible for third‑party edits/removals or for downstream ranking/traffic effects.
Trafiqo retains ownership of methods, tooling, and know‑how. Client owns its own sites/brands and any deliverables expressly designated as Client property in the Order.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the engagement.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY AGREED IN WRITING, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12‑MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE BY CLIENT TO TRAFIQO IN THAT PERIOD. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Neither party is liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Governing law: Spain. Venue: courts of Palma de Mallorca.
We may update these Terms. Changes will apply from the next renewal or new Order unless otherwise agreed.
